1. Look for a jumper on the motherboard
or
2. Unplug the computer, pull the cmos battery on the motherboard, wait a few min., put the battery back in, boot up.

is there any other way reseting the bios system pasword without opening up the computer??? like maybe there is a backdoor password set up by the manufacturer in case of emergency or something like that!

Actually opening the PC is usually a simple task. Remove on most the panel on the left and you should see a battery. Sometimes the whole cover comes off in one piece by sliding it back and then up like the Compaq's. Dells open in half like a clam. Just open the left side up. Once inside look for a small jumper near the battery with three connectors. The jumper will only connect two of those connectors. If you look closely (with a magnifying glass and a penlight) you may see a number that looks like this- JP8 -or maybe a different number. All you need to do is move the jumper from the existing pins to the other unused pin with the center pin and wait a few seconds (maybe 30). Return it to the original setting recover and reboot the computer to the setup mode. It will ask you to do this anyway. When in setup select "optimal setting" for your cmos.
If you't find the jumper do as jrule suggests and remove the battery for a while and replace it. This does the same thing as the jumper.
Good luck, Bob

Sorry. I know of no other way to reset the bios password except the jumper or the battery.
I remember seeing a list of backdoor passwords into BIOS, but I have never gotten any of them to work. It is easier to just factory reset it by removing the battery.
