Can anyone help me with a questions regarding "about:blank"

I have it on my PC and and spyware doctor locates it but does not remove it. For some reason the webpage take over my internet with other popups.

Is there a solution?

Have you tried ad-aware, spybot? if so, post the hijack log, we will take a look.
