Hi,
1) I enable "NoWinKeys" in registry. Actually what are the Hot keys/shortcut have been disabled?
2) What is the different to modify in HKEY_CURRENT_USER and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE?

1. Why would they need to be disabled if is it is not known what they can do?
The WinKey/Windows Key is a key [actually 2 of them, 1 on a Notebook] on the keyboard located between the Ctrl and Alt keys on the bottom row that in combination with another key can perform certain actions, such as Windows Key + E opens Windows Explorer.
