Ad popup during OS startup (WXP-Pro)

I have the same ad. popup when I start my XP pro. I tried Ad-ware, spybot, wintask and still can't remove the ad.

It is in the OS registry? How to remove the ad.?

did you check control menu add/remove? any extra program you dont know of, Remove it.

reboot, if problem still occurs, please post a hijack log.
