Norton 2005 (WXP-Home)

My Norton Security icon is sitting on my desktop. When I double click on it the window isn't big enough for me to click on the 'Start' button to begin the installation. I cannot click and drag to resize the window, nor use the Tab key to click through the window to get to the start button. Changing the window resolution doesn't work either. Can anyone help please?

In the quick launch bar there should be an icon to view desktop if you click on this you should be able to click on stat that is if you have enabled the taskbar to stop on top of all windows
