None that I know of.

Me, I wouldn't install either.

The first problem with Spyware is finding it. The next, which can be more difficult, is getting rid of it. The last, which is so difficult that most people don't do it, is finding out where it came from. It could have come from an install, a download, an email, just being connected to the net, a website, or an instant messenger connection.
