I recently, (2 days ago) send a help request which was assigned ticket number 8469-9952-93 and in the message giving me that number two things were stated that have not happened - ONE - "you will receive a confirmation e-mail shortly and TWO - you can also view the current progress of your message at any time by visiting the ticket status page.
Where is the confirnmation e-mail?
