pop-up windows

after I turn on my laptop about 10 min I get all these windows popping up all over my screen I think I have been hi jacked it does it all the time and I have to reboot I need help with this

I don't know what version of Windows or IE you are on, but you might consider downloading and installing the Google toolbar. It's good at blocking popups.
