hardacc.exe (WXP-Home)

I have something that keeps coming up on my computer when I hit Ctrl+Alt+Del called hardacc.exe. This thing is taking up all of my computer usage and slowing my computer down drastically. I have scanned for viruses and ran ad-aware and can't get rid of it. Will someone please help me fix this. Thanks
