Hello,

I am trying to fix a pc hit with a win32-trojan.
Panda online scanner couldn't disinfect it,
Trend micro online scanner says that it disinfected it,
Installed norton anti virus says that it detected it and disinfected,

but it is still there; norton keep saying that the pc is infected with that worm in a file named j.exe in C.
I cannot find that file (with search) neither via normal load nor via safe mode load.

Pls advise.

Thank you

Jiu

I tried adaware, sybot, avast antivirus, avg antivirus, etc..
I followed semantic instructions on deleting files in the registry, etc...

Still the same infection.

1.-Disable system restore
2.-Delete the Temporary Internet Files
3.-Restart in safe mode and do a full system scan with your antivirus
