Please anybody knows...All programs that wants to access the internet or update or even the massenger can´t access ....Which is the button?

I´m using Norton Internet Security.

OK, open the ZoneAlarm Control Center &gt; Program Control &gt; Programs and if you see a lot of red X's in the first two columns change them to green checks (allow access) or blue question marks (prompt for access). All items in last two columns should be set to prompt or block. To make changes place mouse pointer over the red X next to the program(s) you wish to change and left click which will bring up a menu for changing the settings.
