Can't save password in dialer (W98)

I'm using win 98 and I set up my internet account by using the connection wizard, but when I get through it, it never saves the password, when the dialer comes up I have to put the password in each time and the little box where I should be able to tick and save password is grayed out, can anyone help me with this.
BTW it does save it for getting the email.

Ok I've tried all that and I still can't save the password in my dialer.
