Windows Media Player problems (WME)

Hello,

I am having a problem with my Windows Media Player. I can play songs
and movies from my hard drive, but it won't stream media. This just
started yesterday. Before then I had no problems. When I go to a page
with a Windows Media player on it the player looks messed up, usually
upside down. When I try to enter a url for streaming media I get this
error message: "class not registered." I wanted to try a system
restore, but unfortunately for some reason system restore was
disabled. I reinstalled Windows Media Player, but the problem
persists. Can anybody help me?
