Caller ID (W98)

What are the hardware and software required for knowing incoming telephone number using my PC.
I am using Win98 OS, Ambient Ham Data Fax Voice Modem, I got Caller Id facility from my telephone service. Is there any software to record my telephone calls.

I never tried it because I don't have caller ID but the following looks pretty cool to have.
