Sound? (W98)

Can anyone help I just bought a set of new speakers and they play the opening windows song but when I try to open music files eg MP3s no sound comes out.

you have to install either winamp or mediaplayer again. The reason you can hear opening windows song because that is a wav file. You may need to install media player or real player or winamp to make it work
