IE won't open pop up windows. (WXP-Pro)

Hi
When i click on a link in IE everything works fine so long as that link opens in the original window.

The problem arises when i try to open a link and that link then opens a new widnow.

Nothing appears in the new window except an image of the original window, when i then click stop and refresh it then loads the new link in all its glory.

The problem really gets bad when the IE toolbar doesn't load which in effect means i cannot even refresh the window.

DanK, one of our moderators posted this earlier in the month:

Go to Start > Run and type regsvr32 urlmon.dll and then click OK.

If this does not work, replace Urlmon.dll with the following

Shdocvw.dll
Msjava.dll
Actxprxy.dll
Oleaut32.dll
Mshtml.dll
Browseui.dll
Shell32.dll
