Scripting Issues in Win98Se (W98)

I am running an application which has 2 javascript files. The first one loads, but the 2nd one does not. What could cause that?..OS is win98SE, IE 6.0

I suspect one of them is requiring a newer version of WSH (Windows Scripting Host).
