Installation Problems

Hi. I recently purchased Spyware Doctor, but I'm having problems when I try to install the program. The installation process will go through to the last screen but never allows me to click the "finish" button; it always freezes. I keep getting a message that states "Error while unpacking program, code 4. Please report to author."

I would appreciate it if someone could explain this problem to me. Thanks!
