Outlook Express (WXP-Pro)

I am unable to download any attachments which I recieve with my emails. they are visible but are faded out. Does anybody have any ideas to solve this problem. Thanks

Start Outlook Express and go to Tools > Options >
Security tab and remove the tick from "Do not allow attachments to be saved ..." If you have installed SP2 I believe there is another similar item on same page to un-tick.
