Autocomplete/Autofill (WXP-Home)

I'm not sure what the correct term is, but when I fill out a form on line, I want to have the dropdown that gives me a list of past entries. My laptop does it, but I can't get it to work on my workstation. I've gone into IE properties then to the Advanced tab and under Browsing checked "Use inline Autocomplete", but it still doesn't give me the drop-down. Where should I make the selection?

While in IE-->Tools menu-->Internet options-->Content-->Autofill-->put a checkmark in the three options under "Use Autofill..."
