Open OE automatically? (W98)

I have OE6, and use dial-up modem. Is there a way I can get OE to open whenever I go online? Also, is there a way to get it in the start-up menu (run/msconfig) so it will load whenever I reboot? Thanks.

Add an OE shortcut to your Startup folder. Start > Programs > Startup

This will tell OE to start whenever you log on
