does anyone knows if any windows type support
DHCP FORCERENEW option ?
if os please notify which OS supports and which
doesnt.

Windows doesn't support the exact command specified, but comes with a fully operational equivalent:
ipconfig /renew or type ipconfig /? from a command promt to list all options.
Works with Win NT 4.0, W2k (pro and server), XP and W2k3 server. I not sure about the support for it in Win ME or XP home edition. In Win95/98 type "winipcfg" in the Run box at the start menu.
