"new folder" button

its a real pain to have to go into the right-click menu -> new then having to wait for it to appear then having to go up to the top to create a new folder, cant i :

1. map a "new folder" button to the explorere toolbar [cosidering there's one in the file-dtialogue boxes!]

2. at least have one in the top-level right click

You need 3rd party software such as MDFolder to do this. Go over to www.winfiles.com to get it.
