Lock Screensaver Properties (W2K)

Is there any registry setting by which you can lock the screensaver properties?
i.e. you can view them but are prevented from changing any settings like Wait period, screen saver etc. Thanks.

Under User Configuration in Group Policy (run | gpedit.msc) if you specify a screensaver (i.e. logon.scr) then specify whether you want to password protect it, and the time in which it will activate. You will effectively disable any end user changes to the screensaver through the display control panel applet.
