Remove Help from Start Menu in NT

Does anyone know how to remove Help from the Start Menu. I have found the registry key in Win2K but not for NT4

There is no way to remove it from the start menu, but if you delete (or move to somewhere else) c:\winnt\winhlp32.exe the help does not work.
