It's as good as any of them. Give it a try, it has a free trial period.

Yes, it's great and easy use.

But, I can't log in all web sites with encryption data.

How can I resume it.

Just bought it, didn't even know this new forum was HERE until after they got my $30! I was forced to find the best tool out there after a family tragedy-my wife and son each killed their computer in the same week (I don't even wanna know). The tragic part is they started using mine, and though I set it up for multiple users they still managed to infect it GOOD-about the worst I've seen-with a probably fatal CWS variant. And lop.com. And CoolWebSearch, netster, couple more bad ones-I should just reinstall XP Pro, but after a perfect 28 month marriage, I......AM......PI&&ED. The scabs that use this crap to make a living won't beat me without a fight. So I firewalled up, bought what I and a few others think is the best overall cleaner out there, and here I am. Rant's over--HELP! How does SpyDr work on a multiple-user XP Pro machine? I have tried all sign-ins (I'm admin), safe mode, turned off restore first, cleared all temp and cache files (manually the last time) across all users, also using newest SS&D defs and new AAWSE, also newest def files. Even manually unregistered and deleted files I could ID as CWS, lop, FunWeb, etc. I'm reading Merjian, Mitch, Gibson, Geeks, Viper, PCHell-every genius I can find. I'm l-o-osing this one, people--please HELP!! if HijackThis logs help, I also have those, but not familiar enough with HJT yet--experts??

Sorry to hear that you have bad relationship with your pcs... (well, kind of funny though)

To me, all anti-spyware are the same. I have heard the reports that paid-antispyware still have problems cleaning up.... In that case, why not just get stuck with the freeware like spybot, adaware..

Anyway, I suggest that you scan virus as well with your pcs and scan spyware. and perhaps you can post your hjt log .. and we will take a look....

Thanks, flash-virus scan's ok, and AAW SS&D come up clean maybe 2 of 3 times now, but still have CWS and lop.com, though mostly problems in other users-bottom bar and redirected search pane with lop's menu bar stuck in IE. They won't BUDGE, any of 'em. I've used AAW, SSD, ZoneAlarm, many others for years now and they've always worked great for me-but Merjian's CWS Chronicles scared me into buying SpyDr--if Merjian has found variants HE can't remove-what hope have I??
