Their fix is....let's say classic Microsoft :)

Im wondering if using the \\ip address\share instead of the UNC path \\hostname\share would stop windows from generating the message. My own home lan is down at the moment so I can't test.

Im also wondering if the message comes from the "registry" or a .dll file!??
