Hiya everyone. I've encountered a bit of a problem with my internet explorer. Pages load just fine, fast and efficient. But when I scroll up or down it moves slower than normal. It's like a ripple moves in the direction I'm scrolling and as soon as it reaches the end of the page, the next section is loaded up. Am I making any sense?
I just formatted my hard drive and the XP is a 2 day old install as of this post. I never had this problem before, and the problem started as soon as I clicked the Internet Explorer Icon. The only real difference I know of between my OS now and my OS then, which was XP HOME, is this install came with Service Pack 1.
I use a 512Kps Cable modem and my computer is a Compaq Notebook. I have the 1394 Network Adaptor and the Intel PRO/100 VE Network Connection for Network adaptors in the Device Manager.
