NFTS back to FAT32 (WXP-Pro)

In my computer I have two HDs. The C HD is NFTS formatted and the D HD is FAT32 formatted. I would like to return my C HD to FAT32 without lost the programs and everything in it. Is this possible? If affirmative someone can tell me how!
