Low Disk Space Broadcast

How do I disable the "Disk Clean-up" application via the registry? There's a Key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\FileSystem and it contains a DWORD value called DisableLowDiskSpaceBroadcast with a value of 7c (124). Do I use this? Thank for any help.
