I would like to know how I can open a link in a new maximized window in IE? I would like to know how to do this with only one click!

One click???
Hold down the Shift key before you click on the link and it will open in a new window.

There is no such thing as a "maximized" new window. The best you can get is a fully sized window.

I thank you Guru for the answer, but I think my question wasn't well understood. I would like to know if there is a way to shift-click the link and the new window with the new link appears maximized. When you shif-click the link the new window always appears small and in different places in the screen.

Yes, the Shift-click opens the window but you must first get your new windows to open full sized by following the instructions in the link I provided.
If you have any questions about the instructions then please ask.

After doing so your new windows, no matter how you open them, will open full sized.
