Is there a reg key that gets changed when you lock/unlock your computer? Or is it something else? I Would like to be able to scan our network to find people who dont lock their computers at night. Thanks for the help!

Can your team set each computer to auto-lock after a timeout period? I think a tweak exists to disable ability to change that setting once made. (I'm assuming these computers are under central administrative control)
