IE Shutsdown following logon (WXP-Pro)

Whe i try and log onto a site using my username and password ie then shuts down. It loads the page briefly and then in the blink of an eye it dissapears.

This has happened to a couple of sites but one in particular.

Any ideas?

Sounds weird. But possibly a spy-ware, ad-ware function.

Run these two programs and see if you get the same result afterwards:
