I'm using Win98.
When I right-click on Desktop and select 'New' it takes about 5 seconds for the menu to come up where I can choose Folder, Shortcut, etc... The same thing happens in Windows Explorer (File>New).
Is there a Registry setting or program that will change this speed? I have tried TweekUI and TweekAll but these only change the Start Menu Speed.
