When booting up in Win95, I get msg "not enough memory to load registry and that certain devises may not be available"

When you do your uninstalls, the registry keys are deleted. But not quite, they are marked as deleted and are still loaded in memory and you don't see them in the registry editor. To remove those keys marked as deleted, boot to dos and type scanreg /opt
