delete search entries

How can I delete certain search entries. I have tried to disable autocomplete and autosuggest.

In IE, I presume? Just open up the list, and highlight the one you want to remove, and press the 'Delete' key.

Go to Start/Settings/Task Bar & Start Menu and Start Programs Menu tab and clear Documents menu
