BIOS setup (W98)

How do I change the boot order in my BIOS setup. It won't let me change anything. I need it to read CDROM, C, A. I need my CDROM to boot first.

AWARD is my BIOS

I am using an Award BIOS and on the POST screen it shows to Hit the Delete key to enter Set up. In the bottom right hand corner it shows you what to hit in order to change the selections.
Don't forget to Save your changes.

What do you mean by it won't let you change it? Is it greyed out or something else?
