Printing from OE (W98)

When printing from outlook express the documents are always missing the edges of the page on both sides. The computer is a compaq and the printer in a Hp 932. I have changed the printing settings in all the ways I know how but no luck.
I also reinstall the software and drivers again but still the same issues.
Btw, when I print using notepad, ms word or other programs, paint or test page, it prints fine?
Any suggestions, I can give more information about the system if needed but I am sure that there must be a simple solution that I have over looked.

I use Outlook 98 so it may be different and is the only thing I can think of that may possibly help.

Go to Print Preview, Page Setup, Paper and make sure you have 8 1/2 x 11 selected versus A4 or some other larger paper then what kind of paper you are using to print upon.
