ad-ware (WXP-Home)

I have the keenvalue ad-ware on my computer but cannot find it in the add-remove program. Have deleted the euniverse program but according to the scans I have done I still have the keen value and have no ideal as to where to find it at. I have even gone into the site that tells me what to do about removing it and it did no good. How do I remove it?
