KRNL386.EXE Errors on Me

I get the following errors and I always have to restart numerous times to fix.

symtray
scandskw
nprotect
stimon
stmgr
autochk
msgsrv32

The above have caused errors with the krnl386.exe.
Can you please assist?

The error messages that you are experiencing with the files that you have specified are due to an installed software called "CoolWebSearch". Check the following web site to know what Microsoft says about spyware:

www.microsoft.com/spyware

Download any of the recommended spyware utilities and remove the spyware. Also, uninstall the "CoolWebSearch" software, if is still installed from the Add/Remove programs.
