Hope y'all can help. I bought a used tablet PC that had WIN NT 4.0 loaded, with authentication proof. Because I want to use it with newer conveniences not supported by NT 4.0, I bought Win2000 to load. When I tried to load it, I get a message "windows can not find OS, shuting down" I have the authentication card so I know the NT is registered. I have the registration card for the 2000 also. I tried to go around the corner by loading Windows 98 and THEN loading 2000, but no good. Anyone have any ideas how to proceed?

Thanks
Kurtisle

You could try wiping out nt4 with fdisk or delpart. Can you install a normal version OS on that or do you have to use the "tablet PC edition"?

PC performance buffs have long measured hardware advances using a few simple metrics: Is it faster? Is it bigger? Does it have more blinky lights?
