manually uninstall norton 2002 (W2K)

hi

im having problems unisntalling norton 2002 on some windows 2000 pc's, when i try to uninstall it throug control panel, it says it cannot uninstall it cause theres a newer version already installed, and there isnt any other version.

so, what do i have to delete to totally get rid of norton 2002?

Check with Symantec. They have a step-by-step to totally remove it, including registry entries.
