Downloaded program. Cannot open setup. Tried to open as administrator (which I am) with password and that didn't work either. Have Zone Alarm and Panda Antivirus on at time of download. Why is this happening and sometimes it happens and other times it doesn't...? Have XP Pro Operating Sys
