Aol Problems With Renewing Subscription

AOL would not let me use the Renew Subscription procedure. I therefore visited PC Tools Software site and purchased a new LIcense Code. I have deleted the original version of Spyware Doctor and loaded a new version but it will not let me put in the new License Code. Help, anyone had this before and how did you get over it? Yours Frustrated!!!!:D

AChen: People live on other parts of this planet and may not be able to call toll free numbers. A pet peeve of mine - an American living in Egypt - when "Customer Support" automatically assumes one can call toll free. Why not include another number & let us decide if we want to place a free call or not?

If you are unable to call the toll free number, you can always send an email to PC tools, thats normally how I deal with them.
