My brother's computer is running much slower than usual (taking ages to load simple programs like opening a folder) and when I looked at his task manager, a lot of his memory was being taken up by a program called winlogon.exe.
We couldn't figured out a way to close it. On the computer that I'm posting on, the same program is using barely any memory or w/e, but on my brothers computer it uses up 96%-99% of the CPU. The computer also takes forever to boot up.
Does anyone know why its taking up so much memory and how I can stop it?
