Hi All,
Here is my problem. I run a home network with a W2K server and 2 workstations. A problem occured on one of the workstations and it would no longer log into the domain. After troubleshooting a while, I got the idea that if I deleted the user from the Active Directory Users Console and re-created it with a different password, then maybe that would work. It didn't. Now, when I try to log into the workstation - even locally - all the settings are gone, including the Outlook email for the user on that station. That is what I'm really concerned about - the Outlook content and data for that user.
Does anybody know how to recover the user profile settings (or just the data) on the local workstation - even after the user profile has been deleted from the domain?
Any help would be most appreciated!!
