Stock management software (WXP-Pro)

I've used a program called stock manager, which I use to record goods in my shop, prices, percentage markups etc. It's about 7 years old and I wonder if anyone knows of a newer program. I've looked on the net and I can't find anything remotely like it.

My take on it: I think you probably are looking for an Inventory Control program.
