It's awesome. Wouldn't fight spyware without it!

don't solely rely on it though... I had one spyware.. coolsearch.. on my computer once. I couldn't kill it with spybot until I used cwshredder.exe

I love a lot of programs like that I would recommend the following:

ADAWARE
SPY BOT
CWSHREDDER
and windows updates keep everything updated

I had an about blank virus and adaware and windows updates killed it.

Also run virus scans daily and go to Start>run>msconfig then click startup and look at any weird names on google and do research thn if a threat remove them with the instuctions from most web pages plus also uncheck any programs that you dont want besides the important ones

THESE TIPS SHOULD PROVIDE PROTECTION FROM MOST THINGS ON YOUR COMPUTER
