display control panel rights (WXP-Pro)

I have a admin account.. and for some reason whenever i try to open up display control panel.. it says the admin has blocked access to this... but i AM an admin... i can log on fine when i make a new account... does anyone know the settings in which i can change that... thanks

go to the registry and go to the following key.

hkey_current_user\software\microsoft\windows\
currentversion\policies\explorer

there will be a value named nocontrolpanel.change its data from 1 to 0.

give a check in hkey_local_machine (corresponding key)

if u fond it difficult then go to run type gpedit.msc go to userconfiguration=administrative templates=control panel.there will a option for the accessibility of the control panel.
