Security and Rights question (W2K)

Hi,
Users have the rights to create folders. But I do not want them to be able to delete any files or folders but still have the ability to rename them. It seems to me that these two things go hand in hand. Is it true that in order for them to be able to re-name a folder they have to have delete rights?

hi u r correct,

rename and delete co-exists.there is no way that one can allow a file to be renamed but not deleted.
